Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is the corporate trustee of a charitable fund with assets of £1.1m and annual income of £0.25m. We wish to transform the impact of our charitable funds and have created a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented fundraiser to join the Trust to significantly grow the level of funds raised and lead the development of the charity’s profile in the community.

The Charitable Trust raises money to enhance the quality of care provided for our patients and their families and improve the healthcare environment. Our aim is to ensure that we offer the best possible patient experience that, without the charity, would be unavailable.

We have big ambitions for our charity and we are seeking candidates with drive, enthusiasm and an impressive track record of successful fundraising that will enable the charitable fund to realise its full potential.

The role requires exceptional professional care to be given to fundholders and other stakeholders, encouraging new supporters and providing them with practical fundraising support, inspiring others to achieve the best possible fundraising outcome for the charity.

You will have experience of developing fundraising and other strategies and leading the delivery of effective outcomes. You will be the lead charitable practitioner with detailed knowledge and experience of the practical application of relevant legislation and regulations. You will be able to manage a range of competing priorities and projects and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
